Wine Republic invites you to a refined evening dedicated to the art of food and wine pairing — where wine and carefully selected bites come together to create balance and harmony in every glass.

This will be an interactive and engaging tasting experience, where guests will actively participate in exploring pairings, observe how flavors evolve, and learn in a practical way how different gastronomic elements influence the perception of wine.

During the evening, participants will discover the fundamental principles of pairing: how acidity enhances freshness, how sweetness softens tannins, and how thoughtfully chosen bites can reveal subtle aromatic notes.

The tasting will be led by Cristina Rus — sommelier and wine guide with extensive experience in presenting Moldovan wines, known for her clear, elegant, and educational approach.
