Viktor Gursky
He is the founder of Open Data reform in Ukraine and 1991 Open Data Incubator. As leader of SocialBoost – a tech NGO, works on building the data-driven startup ecosystem in Ukraine. Gursky leads a community of 1000+ hacktivists supported by the government that deliver great products such as DATA.gov.ua and dozens of web/mobile applications based on the government data. Denis Dovgal
He is a passionate entrepreneur. Founder at doodlevideo.co, a whiteboard video animation company and TravelMBA - lifestyle entrepreneurs community. He graduated Academy of Art University and Stanford.
