On December 26, at 7:00 PM, Wine Republic invites you to a refined cultural and sensory experience — a dialogue between Moldovan wine and Soviet mosaic art, two powerful expressions of identity, memory, and emotion.
The evening will be guided by Cristina Rus, sommelier and guide with over 8 years of experience in the wine industry, well known for leading cultural tours and excursions across Moldova for both large and small groups. Cristina will present the history of mosaic art through a visual presentation on screen, followed by an exploration of iconic mosaics from the Republic of Moldova, reinterpreted through the language of wine.
The tasting experience
During the evening, 5 wines will be presented, carefully selected to create a balanced and surprising journey:
– sparkling wine
– white wine
– rosé
– red wine
– dessert wine
For this event, the names of the wines and producers will remain undisclosed — a surprise to be revealed on the night. We assure you that the selection will appeal to every guest and perfectly complement the visual and emotional narrative of the mosaics.
The tasting will be accompanied by light snacks, chosen to enhance the wines without overpowering their character.
Description
An experience that brings together Moldovan wine and one of the most expressive forms of Soviet urban art. Each wine becomes a mosaic piece — a color, a texture, a vibration. We explore wines, stories, and visual details from Moldova’s mosaics in a way never presented before.
All of this unfolds in the warm and friendly atmosphere that defines Wine Republic tastings — a space where conversations flow naturally, flavors are discovered at ease, and guests feel part of a welcoming community.
