Subcarpați is a Romanian music collective formed in 2010 in Bucharest, blending contemporary hip‑hop with Romanian folk elements and electronic music (“underground folklore”). They are celebrated for innovative reinterpretations of Romanian traditions and have released acclaimed albums such as "Valea Voltului" (2023) and "Hora Exactă" (2026).
