1. General Provisions
1.1. This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the iTicket.md platform and the intermediation services for the purchase of event tickets.
1.2. By accessing and/or using the site and the services offered, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. iTicket.md acts as an organizer or as an intermediary between event organizers and buyers, without being responsible for the manner in which the events organized by them take place.
2. Purchase Process
2.1. Reservations made on the platform must be paid within a maximum of 2 hours. Otherwise, they are automatically canceled.
2.2. In a Sold Out situation, all unpaid reservations are canceled, regardless of the time remaining until the expiration of the 2 hours.
2.3. Accepted payment methods: bank card, iTicket office, Librarius bookstores, BPAY, RunPay, QiWi terminals (note: some terminals do not accept amounts exceeding 5000 MDL).
2.4. In certain cases, administration fees may apply. The user is informed about these fees before confirming the payment.
3. Tickets and Responsibility
3.1. iTicket.md is not responsible for the loss, damage, or duplication of tickets.
3.2. Each user has a personal obligation to safely keep and use the purchased tickets.
3.3. Reselling or transferring tickets to third parties for commercial/promotional purposes is prohibited. The organizer has the right to refuse access to the event in the case of such tickets.
3.4. iTicket.md does not assume responsibility for:
- postponement, cancellation, or modification of events
- restrictions imposed by organizers or authorities
- the quality of the events
3.5. Tickets cannot be returned after the event has taken place. The purchase of tickets is exempted from the right of withdrawal provided by law
4. Administration Fees
4.1. iTicket.md may charge administration fees starting from 2% of the order value.
4.2. The fees are displayed at the final stage of the reservation and are non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Ticket refunds are subject to the general iTicket.md policy and the policy established by the event organizer, in accordance with applicable legislation.
5.2. In the event of cancellation, the ticket amount will be refunded in full (100%).
5.3. In the event of postponement, the ticket amount will be refunded in full upon request (100%).
5.4. The Buyer understands and agrees that in the case of ticket returns and refund requests for reasons other than cancellation or postponement of the event for which the ticket was purchased, iTicket will retain the administration fee (including other delivery-related costs) from the value of the purchased ticket. The retained fee represents expenses incurred by iTicket as part of the refund procedure, which were not included in the initial ticket price.
5.5. The refund of electronic tickets and reimbursement of amounts paid by the Buyer, except in cases of cancellation, replacement, or postponement of the event for which the tickets were purchased, is possible only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The event organizer provides the possibility of ticket returns.
- The ticket refund policy is specified by the organizer. In the event description, the Buyer will be informed whether the organizer allows ticket returns for that specific event and under what conditions.
5.6. Refunds for upcoming events may be requested no later than 72 hours before the event.
5.7. Refunds for upcoming events are not possible if:
- There are fewer than 72 hours remaining until the event (the event day is not counted).
- The event has been declared “Sold Out”.
- The tickets were purchased at a discounted price, or their sale has ended.
- The tickets were purchased through the Cultural Voucher program.
- Ticket refunds may be prohibited at the request of the event organizer for whom we mediate sales. (In such cases, this restriction will be clearly stated in the event description. Please check the specific refund policy for each event before purchasing tickets.)
5.8. Refunds can be made:
- To the payment card.
- To the personal iTicket.md account.
5.9. Refunds for payments made through payment terminals can only be made to the personal iTicket.md account.
5.10. Refund percentages vary depending on the number of days remaining before the event (between 100% and 50%), with a 72-hour deadline before the event.
5.10.1 Refund to Card
- If at least 7 days (168 hours) remain before the event, 90% of the ticket value will be refunded.
- If at least 6 days (144 hours) remain before the event, 80% of the ticket value will be refunded.
- If at least 5 days (120 hours) remain before the event, 70% of the ticket value will be refunded.
- If at least 3 days (72 hours) remain before the event, 50% of the ticket value will be refunded.
- Ticket refunds can be made no later than 72 hours before the event.
- If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of payment, 100% of the ticket value will be refunded, provided there are more than 7 days remaining before the event and it is not Sold Out.
- In the event of cancellation, the money will be refunded to the card in full (100%).
- Tickets are non-refundable if less than 72 hours remain before the event or if it is Sold Out.
- The administration fee and delivery-related expenses are non-refundable.
- The refunded amount will appear on the card within 2–5 business days.
- For refunds requested after the event has taken place, the buyer must contact the organizer directly.
5.10.2 Refund to Personal iTicket Account
- If at least 7 days (168 hours) remain before the event, 100% of the ticket value will be refunded.
- If at least 6 days (144 hours) remain before the event, 90% of the ticket value will be refunded.
- If at least 5 days (120 hours) remain before the event, 80% of the ticket value will be refunded.
- If at least 3 days (72 hours) remain before the event, 60% of the ticket value will be refunded.
- Ticket refunds can be made no later than 72 hours before the event.
- In the event of cancellation, the money will be refunded in full (100%).
- From the personal account, funds can be withdrawn in cash with a 20% commission fee.
- Tickets are non-refundable if less than 72 hours remain before the event or if it is Sold Out.
- Funds in the account can be used within 12 months from the date they appear.
5.10.3 Refund of Physical Tickets
- For cash refunds of physical tickets, the same conditions apply as for card refunds.
5.11. If the event for which the ticket was purchased has taken place, but the person did not attend, they cannot request a refund.
5.12. There are two ways to cancel electronic tickets:
1. Self-cancellation in the "Tickets" section of the personal iTicket account.
2. Request via email to support@iticket.md
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. iTicket.md processes users’ personal data exclusively for purposes related to ticket purchases.
6.2. Data are not disclosed to third parties, except to partners involved in payment processing or event organization.
6.3. The user has the right to request the modification or deletion of personal data by emailing support@iticket.md.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. iTicket.md shall not be held liable for:
- temporary unavailability of the website
- processing errors occurring with payment operators
- decisions made by event organizers regarding the conduct of events
- the quality or content of the event; the Buyer is encouraged to carefully read the description of the event for which the ticket is purchased
7.2. Any complaint regarding the conduct of the event must be addressed directly to the organizer.
7.3. In the absence of information in the event description regarding organizer details, the Buyer may contact iTicket at support@iticket.md or at the office located at Chișinău, Decebal Street no. 64/2, 7th floor, for further information.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. iTicket.md reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, by publishing the updated version on the website.
8.2. For questions or complaints, users may contact iTicket.md at support@iticket.md or at the office located at Chișinău, Decebal Street no. 64/2, 7th floor.
8.3. Disputes between users and iTicket.md shall be settled amicably; if this is not possible, they will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
