About Castel Mimi:
Founded in 1893 by Constantin Mimi, Castel Mimi is one of Moldova’s most emblematic wineries and the first true château in the region. Today, it represents a blend of over a century of winemaking tradition and modern techniques, known for expressive, clean, and well-balanced wines.
