We invite you to an exclusive Chef's Dinner inspired by the masterpieces of Romanian and Moldovan literature, where each course bears the name of an iconic work and tells its own story through flavor.
Throughout the evening, you will discover:

- "The Burden of Our Kindness" — a contemporary interpretation of a dish rooted in tradition;
- "Ancuța's Inn" — char-grilled pike accompanied by authentic Moldovan flavors;
- "Otilia's Enigma" — homemade sour cherry liqueur;
- "Childhood Memories" — a dessert that concludes the evening with a touch of nostalgia.
The experience will be complemented by a carefully curated wine pairing by Gitana Winery, thoughtfully selected to accompany each course of the menu.
