1) Quail aspic with horseradish and marinated celery
2) Turkey pâté with smoked plum jam and brioche
3) 3-fish balls with 3 sauces (Salmon, pike perch, carp) (Parsnip, dill, cheese)
4) Horn sorbet
5) Salmon trout with peanut cream and rosehip gel
6) Bird`s milk dessert, cinnamon sauce with coffee and lemon balm gel
Each dish will be acompanied by wines from "Land of Basarabia" Winery.
