At Wine Republic, we turn this question into a clear and enjoyable experience — a practical guide for anyone who wants a flawless holiday table.

The tasting will be guided by sommelier Cătălina Preda, a wine and wine-communication professional, graduate of the prestigious Hochschule Geisenheim University (Germany) — one of Europe’s most renowned institutions in enology and viticulture.
She holds the international WSET Level 2 (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) certification and has completed multiple specialization courses focused on wine tasting and wine communication.
Cătălina combines her passion for wine with a solid academic background and marketing experience, offering a refined, educational and sensory perspective on how wine can be understood, communicated and truly felt.

What to expect

Six delicious solutions to the classic question “Which wine should we put on the table?”, explained in a clear, friendly and practical way.
For maximum clarity, the pairing guide will also be presented on screen, in a visual format that makes the logic behind each recommendation easy to follow and apply at home.

We will recreate the flow of a festive meal through an interactive tasting, using carefully selected bites that are well paired with each wine, allowing guests to experience firsthand how harmony changes from one combination to another.
