Join us for a special evening dedicated to authentic Moldovan wine, presented by one of the country’s most respected wineries – Gitana Winery, founded in 1953 and revived with passion by the Dulgher family.
Located in the villages of Filipeni and Romanovca, in the protected wine region of Valul lui Traian, Gitana benefits from a remarkable terroir. The combination of rich soils and a microclimate influenced by the nearby Black Sea offers ideal conditions for balanced grape ripening and aromatic expression.
Gitana Winery is a rare example of harmony between tradition and innovation. The vineyards are carefully tended, and all grapes are harvested manually, ensuring the integrity of the fruit and exceptional wine quality.
Wines with the best development potential are matured for 6 to 12 months in French and American oak barriques, adding depth, structure, and finesse — just like the world’s great wines.
