To mark this special occasion, on March 13, we are hosting a Blind Riesling Tasting – a game for the senses and the mind, where you’ll experience surprising discoveries, new flavors, and a sea of emotions!

The Homeland of Riesling – The Heart of Great Wines

Riesling originates from Germany, where it has been cultivated since the 15th century and is considered a true wine legend. The main production regions are Mosel, Rheingau, Pfalz, and Rheinhessen. In a cool climate, these vineyards produce wines with high acidity, fine minerality, and complex aromas.

Over time, Riesling has gained worldwide popularity – it is successfully grown in France (Alsace), Austria, Australia, the USA, New Zealand, and, of course, in Moldova, where it expresses itself in a unique way.

Moldovan Riesling – Elegance and Character

Moldova, with its unique climate and rich winemaking history, also produces outstanding Riesling wines. Here, this grape variety reveals delicate fruity and floral notes, balanced acidity, and exceptional freshness. Moldovan Riesling is a fusion of terroir, tradition, and modern craftsmanship, resulting in wines with deep character and elegance.

What to Expect at the Tasting?

We invite you to experience different styles of Riesling blind, without labels or hints. You will have to rely solely on your senses: aroma, taste, texture. At the end, we will reveal all the secrets and discuss our impressions – which wines surprised you, which ones won you over, and which Riesling became your favorite.
