We invite you to a unique blind tasting dedicated to the indigenous Moldovan white grape Floricica — a sensory experience guided by our sommelier Vadim Brînzeanu, in the cozy setting of Wine Republic.
Floricica is a relatively new local variety gaining attention for its floral profile, freshness, and distinct Moldovan character. But how well can you recognize it without knowing what’s in your glass?
Labels will be hidden, but the personality of each wine will speak for itself. You’ll taste multiple expressions of Floricica from different Moldovan wineries — with no prior knowledge of the producers — and choose your favorite based purely on aroma, taste, and instinct.
During the evening, you will:

– Explore how style, terroir, and winemaking influence the final product

– Vote for your favorite in The Battle of Aromas — the public will crown the winner!
