We start the day with a peaceful visit to Curchi Monastery, one of the country’s most beautiful and historic landmarks. From there, we set off on a 10km guided hike through quiet forests, open fields, and gentle hills—perfect for anyone craving fresh air and movement.

After the hike, we arrive at Hill&Valley Farm, a rustic hideaway surrounded by lavender fields and vineyards, where we’ll slow down, eat well, and enjoy life together.
