About the brewery

RockScor Brewery is one of the most respected craft breweries in the Republic of Moldova. A project dedicated to modern craft culture, focused on clean ingredients, precise fermentation techniques, and beers with a strong, distinctive personality.

Beer selection

A curated tasting of 5 representative styles, each highlighting RockScor’s craftsmanship:
 1. Deep (Helles) — a classic pale lager, fresh and well-balanced, inspired by Bavarian tradition
 2. Pilsner “Pilz and Love” — a modern pilsner with floral notes and a clean, delicate bitterness
 3. Key Master (Kölsch) — a refined German style, light-bodied with aromatic clarity and an elegant finish
 4. Apallon (APA) — a vibrant American Pale Ale with citrus and fruity character
 5. NEIPA “Hoop Dog 2” — an intensely aromatic, juicy New England IPA with expressive modern hops

Snacks and guidance

Each beer will be paired with snacks prepared by RockScor, designed to enhance the flavors in the glass.
The tasting will be guided by Anastasia Chetrari, RockScor sommelier, who will explain each style, ingredient choice, and brewing technique.
