RockScor Brewery is one of Moldova’s most distinctive and respected craft breweries, known for its expressive styles, carefully developed recipes, and dedication to quality. The brewery embraces modern craft culture, using clean ingredients, precise fermentation techniques, and a creative approach to beer with strong personality and depth.

During this evening, you will discover five signature RockScor beers, each showcasing a different facet of the brewery’s craftsmanship:
 1. Deep (Helles) – a classic Bavarian-style lager: fresh, clean, and beautifully balanced.
 2. Pilsner “Pilz and Love” – a modern take on the pilsner, with floral notes and a refined bitterness.
 3. Key Master (Kölsch) – an elegant German style with a light texture, clarity, and a smooth, refined finish.
 4. Apallon (APA) – an American Pale Ale with bright citrus and fruity aromas.
 5. NEIPA “Hoop Dog 2” – a juicy, aromatic New England IPA with a contemporary hop profile.

The beers will be accompanied by specially selected food pairings from the RockScor restaurant, designed to highlight the aromas and textures of each style. The tasting will be guided by Wine Republic’s sommelier, Vadim Brînzeanu, who will explain the brewing techniques, flavor profiles, and nuances of each beer.
