Svetlana Antipova Classical Ballet School-Studio was founded in 1995 in Odesa by Ukraine’s Honored Artist, Svetlana Antipova. For over three decades, the ensemble has performed at the Odesa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater and toured worldwide.
Graduates of the school have achieved remarkable success in the ballet world, becoming honored artists and principal dancers in various theaters. The school is renowned for its high level of training, enabling its students to master complex classical ballet elements and perform on pointe from an early age—making this ensemble unique among children's ballet schools in Ukraine.
The ensemble is part of the Odesa Opera Theater’s repertoire and presents performances such as Alice in Wonderland, Little Red Riding Hood, The Little Mermaid, The Nutcracker, and Peter Pan. These productions consistently sell out and are met with enthusiastic applause from audiences.
The Svetlana Antipova School-Studio holds a special place in Odesa’s cultural life and continues to uphold the traditions of classical ballet, nurturing a new generation of talented dancers.
