Wine Tasting with Winemaker Vadim Mihailov – TE WA Winery

We invite you to an evening dedicated to a young and ambitious winery that captures in every glass the character of southeastern Moldova’s terroir. TE WA, meaning “time will tell” in Māori, is a soulful project born from the courage of two women who believed in the potential of Moldovan limited-edition wines.

The TE WA vineyards are located in the Talmaza area, within the IGP Ștefan Vodă region — a zone renowned for wines with structure, energy, and strong personality. The winery’s identity is deeply connected to untouched nature, simple pleasures, and authentic experiences that cannot be bought: the freedom to savour time, the calm of the landscape, and harmony with the land.

The tasting will be guided by winemaker Vadim Mihailov, the estate’s enologist, who blends professional experience gained in Moldova with hands-on practice in New Zealand, shaping TE WA wines into a modern, precise, and expressive style.

TE WA wines tell a story about the bond between people and nature, the forces of the earth, and the courage to follow one’s own path — resulting in wines that are both rustic and refined.
