On October 3, for Wine Day, Show Must Go On at Castel Mimi — and this time, at a true Moldovan wedding, just as we know it from our grandparents’ stories: with traditions, music, wine, and plenty of good cheer.
We invite you to step into a day where wedding customs come back to life, and rituals passed down from generation to generation meet the energy of a modern celebration.
We will be joined by folk ensembles, skilled dancers, and artists who know how to keep the hora alive until evening. From folklore and songs we all know, to rhythms that bring everyone to the dance floor, the stage will belong to Zinaida Julea, Gabriel Nebunu, Dunaff Band & Felicia Dunaf, and DJ Kirpitch.
Because for Moldovans, once you cross the threshold, you are welcomed further with the same warmth, the experience will continue with an Express Tour through the historic cellars of Castel Mimi.
And to celebrate the new harvest, we will raise our glasses with Castel Mimi young wine — the lively taste of autumn and freshly picked grapes.
On October 3, tradition meets the present, the wedding meets the celebration of wine, and Moldovan hospitality turns into a true show.
