General Terms and Conditions for the use of the Digital Voucher: Smouk - Hookah & Tobacco

1. Voucher validity
○ The voucher is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. After the expiry of this period, the voucher cannot be used and is not offered for refund or extension.

2. The voucher is not returnable
○ Once purchased, the voucher cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or refunded. Any attempt to resell or fraudulently use the voucher may lead to its invalidation.

3. The possibility of being used as a gift
○ The voucher can be transferred or given to another person as a file with a single click, as long as the terms and conditions are respected.

4. Use in physical premises
○ The voucher can be used exclusively in physical locations participating in the purchase of the products or services mentioned in the terms of the voucher.
○ The list of locations can be consulted on the partner's website or on request in the participating locations.

5. Presentation of the voucher
○ At the time of use, the beneficiary must present either the voucher file in PDF format or the electronic version available on the mobile device.
○ The unique code on the voucher must be clearly visible and legible to be validated.
