Some evenings are meant to be experienced with all the senses. Cina lui Gustar — Edition II is an invitation to welcome the beginning of autumn with authentic flavours, carefully selected wines and live music, all within BERD’S signature elegant atmosphere.
The restaurant’s chef has created a seasonal menu accompanied by carefully selected wine pairings designed to highlight every flavour.
Evening menu:
- Prosecco DOCG Brut
- Sunflower seed hummus with fermented garlic
- Low-temperature-cooked watermelon with goat’s cheese
- Grilled aubergine cream with semi-dried tomatoes and green onion sauce with mustard seeds
- Slow-cooked potatoes served with clarified tomato broth and dill oil
- Melon sorbet
- Oven-roasted quail with coriander honey glaze
- Popcorn dessert with apricot gel and salted caramel
- Maestro Divin, 20 Years Old
Wine pairing: Maestro Pinot Grigio Spumant, Maestro 4 în Roșu, Domeniile Isacova Secret Blend Alb and Maestro Rosé Suave Dulce.
