In the BERD`S kitchen, our new Chef — Vlad Midinschi — opens his culinary universe: a place where Moldovan traditions delicately collide with contemporary minimalism, where ingredients speak, and memories transform into clean, precise, vivid textures, contrasts, and aromas.
He is accompanied on this journey by Crama Tătaru, with wines that know how to speak confidently, maturely, and surprisingly. Each dish of the evening will be accompanied by a wine that completes the story — without dominating it, without getting lost in it.
And between the taste and the aftertaste, Alexei Nacai's piano notes will keep the rhythm of an evening created to be experienced slowly, attentively, with all senses awake.
