An evening dedicated to rosé wine

Rosé is a wine born from delicacy and balance. It borrows its color from the skins of red grapes, yet remains as fresh and luminous as a white wine. The winemaking method is one of finesse: the grapes are gently pressed, the contact with the skins is brief, and the result is a wine with subtle shades of pale pink, aromas of forest berries, and a silky texture. It is the story of two worlds — the strength of red wine and the freshness of white — united in a single glass.

The biography of rosé begins in Provence, France, where the very first wines were pale pink and delicate, considered symbols of hospitality and eternal summer. Since then, rosé has conquered the world, becoming a symbol of effortless elegance and refined pleasures.

This tasting is the second edition of ROSÉ in the Glass, Drops of Dream, and this time we bring even more diversity and depth to the wine selection.

Sommelier Eugen Sîrbu will guide guests on a journey through six expressions of rosé from Moldova and abroad. You will discover:
• how each grape variety gives rosé a unique personality,
• how terroir influences aromas and shades,
• the subtlety of textures — from velvety to vibrant and crisp,
• the art of balance between freshness and aromatic intensity.
