Join us for an evening devoted to the elegance of red wines from southeastern Moldova — a flavorful journey through the distinguished terroir of IGP Ștefan Vodă, featuring exceptional guests and expressive wines.

Vinăria Nobilă is a family-run boutique winery founded by oenologist Oleg Boboc in the village of Olănești, Ștefan Vodă district. This region is known for its calcareous soils and gentle climate influenced by the nearby Black Sea — ideal for cultivating character-rich grapes.

The oldest vines in the vineyard — Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot — were planted in 2004, the same year the winery was founded, marking the beginning of a long-standing vision.

Each wine is crafted with care: hand-harvested grapes, strict selection, slow fermentation, and oak barrel aging for depth and complexity.

The tasting will feature 6 collector wines:
