Dumitraș Winery is the result of the hard work of the Dumitraș brothers and their father, Anatolie Dumitraș, who founded this winemaking business after years of working in Italy. It all started with a few Merlot, Chardonnay, and Pinot Grigio vines brought from Italy, and today, the winery’s vineyards span 4 hectares on Țiglău Hill.
Dumitraș wines carry the soul of the Moldovan land and the fragrance of the forests in Vadul-Leca, where hints of acacia, linden, and wildflowers harmoniously blend in every glass. Each bottle tells the story of hard work, tradition, and respect for nature, as at Dumitraș Winery, wine is made with love, in small batches, to preserve the authenticity of each variety.
