Evening menu:

— Tartlet with fire-roasted eggplant caviar, wild garlic pesto, and burduf cheese
— Nettle stew with pine nuts and tărcălaci with wild garlic
— Dumplings with local cheese, forest herbs, and a rich buttery sauce
— Linden kombucha with elderflower and jasmine
— Vine leaf rolls with grains and guinea fowl, served with smoked pepper sauce
— Chamomile ice cream with spring honey
— Chocolate and vanilla mousse with sea buckthorn cream
