Wine Republic invites you to an evening dedicated to the authentic and expressive wines of VINUM Estate — a family-owned winery from the Republic of Moldova, renowned for its respect for terroir, the balance between tradition and modern winemaking techniques, and wines with a clearly defined personality.

This tasting is designed as a complete wine experience, where wine is not only enjoyed but also understood, discussed, and revealed through context, dialogue, and attention to detail.

Throughout the evening, sommeliers Nicolai and Tatiana will guide the tasting, offering clear insights into the style of each wine, grape varieties, structure, aromatic profile, and balance. The tasting will unfold at a relaxed pace, characteristic of Wine Republic events, where conversation and the exchange of impressions are an essential part of the experience.

A special highlight of the evening will be the presence of VINUM Estate brand ambassador, Daniil Ujacov, who will share the winery’s philosophy, winemaking process, and the story behind each label. Guests will have the opportunity to discover VINUM Estate from the inside, directly from one of its representatives.

Wines in the tasting:
 1. Spumant Snob, dry white — delicate bubbles and freshness in every glass, an elegant opening to the tasting.
 2. Fetească Regală, dry white — an indigenous white wine with a clean, fresh, and expressive profile, highlighting the character of the grape and the Moldovan terroir.
 3. Merlot / Pinot Noir, dry rosé — an elegant rosé with fine fruit notes and a delicate structure, suitable both for tasting and food pairing.
 4. Salut, Pinot Noir / Rară Neagră, dry red — a refined blend with red fruit notes, balanced acidity, and fine tannins.
 5. Două Surori, Fetească Neagră / Rară Neagră, dry red — a complex blend with strong local character, depth, and a harmonious structure.
 6. Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot / Saperavi, dry red — a wine with rich structure and depth, expressing the strength and maturity of the Moldovan terroir, with a long and persistent finish.

The tasting will be accompanied by carefully selected light bites, designed to complement and enhance the wines without overshadowing their character.
