We invite you to an evening dedicated to wines created for gastronomy — a premium tasting of the Chéf Series by Castel Mimi, where wine and food complement each other in a natural, elegant, and well-balanced way.

The tasting will be guided by sommeliers Vladimir Gurievschi and Vadim Brînzeanu, who will present the wines and explain the logic behind their culinary pairings.

✨  The Chéf Series is a premium range designed specifically to be enjoyed with food, offering structure, expressiveness, and strong gastronomic potential.

Each wine will be paired with carefully selected dishes:
 • bruschettas in various interpretations
 • cold fish and meat appetizers
 • a selection of cheeses

The pairings are designed to highlight the character of each wine and the expression of its terroir.

At the beginning of the tasting, you will be served:
 1. Premium Diva Brut — dry white sparkling wine

This will be followed by the Chéf Series wines, each paired with specially selected dishes:
 2. Cuvée Blanc — dry white wine, 2022 | 13% ABV
 3. Chardonnay — dry white wine, 2022 | 13% ABV
 4. Cuvée Rouge — dry red wine, 2020 | 15% ABV
 5. Cabernet Sauvignon — dry red wine, 2019 | 13% ABV

At the end of the tasting, you will be served:
6. Late Harvest, Viorica / Riesling — sweet white wine, 2023

Founded in 1893 by Constantin Mimi, Castel Mimi is one of the most emblematic wine estates in the Republic of Moldova and the first true château in the region. Today, the estate combines over a century of winemaking tradition with modern vinification techniques, being appreciated for its clean, expressive, and well-balanced wines.
