We invite you to an evening dedicated to wines created for gastronomy — a premium tasting of the Chéf Series by Castel Mimi, where wine and food come together in a natural, elegant, and well-balanced experience.

The tasting will be guided by sommeliers Vladimir Gurievschi and Vadim Brînzeanu, who will present the wines and explain the logic behind their culinary pairings.

Each wine will be paired with carefully selected dishes:

bruschettas in various interpretations

cold fish and meat appetizers

a selection of cheeses

The pairings are designed to highlight the character of each wine and the expression of its terroir.
