On February 5th, we invite you to a tasting where sight steps aside and the senses take the lead. A subtle blind duel between two refined grape varieties with distinct personalities — Rară Neagră and Pinot Noir.

Why this comparison?

Although they come from different worlds, these two varieties share remarkable similarities:
 • both are delicate and demanding in the vineyard and cellar
 • they emphasize elegance over intensity
 • they express terroir with honesty
 • they create wines built on balance, freshness, and aromatic depth

Rară Neagră — a symbol of local identity, offering juicy, velvety, sometimes mysterious notes.
Pinot Noir — an international benchmark of refinement, fragile and unforgiving of mistakes.

This evening, they meet without labels and without preconceived ideas.
