On May 23 at 19:00, we invite you to “Ode to Spring” — a signature gastronomic dinner dedicated to the flavors of spring, unexpected pairings, and moments meant to be savored slowly.
Asparagus, wild forest mushrooms, magnolia blossoms and pine buds — ingredients carefully sourced from our local producers and brought to the table with the attention they deserve.
The atmosphere of the evening will be complemented by live music and the wines of our partner Purcari. The selection will feature several remarkable labels from their Premium range, thoughtfully paired for this gastronomic experience.
